- You will maintain a safe environment for technicians to work in.
- You are responsible for clearing the installation area before service begins.
- Technicians may need access to WiFi, power outlets, or internal systems to complete the service.
2. Pricing, Fees & Modifications
All prices listed on our website represent standard service rates. Additional charges may apply for:
- Extra labour time beyond the standard package
- Mounts, brackets, or accessories not included in the booking
- Complex wall materials such as concrete, marble, brick, or metal
- Travel fees outside standard service zones
Pricing may change at any time without prior notice. Discounts and promotional offers are valid only within their specified duration.
3. Booking, Rescheduling & Cancellations
Bookings can be made via our website, chat support, email, or phone. To reschedule or cancel:
- You must notify us at least 24 hours before your appointment.
- Cancellations under 24 hours may incur a late-cancellation fee.
- No-show appointments may be charged at full or partial rates.
4. Service Conditions & Home Safety

- Technicians are not held liable for issues caused by existing wall damage, faulty wiring, or improper electrical systems.

- Device malfunctions not caused by our installation
- Any loss of apps, login details, or settings during configuration services
Our technicians follow best practices, but installation on weak or damaged surfaces is done at customer risk.
6. Warranty & Support
WallMounts offers a limited installation warranty covering issues resulting from technician errors. The warranty does not apply to:
- Accidental damage after installation
- Unauthorized modifications or tampering
- Water damage or electrical faults
- Mount failure due to incompatible wall type or user misuse
